The peripatetikoi are an old breed — those who thought on their feet, the processions winding toward the temple steps, the merchants and pilgrims who crossed the agora and wore the marble smooth. Massimo Mazzon drags that ancient rhythm into a synthetic present: pigment behaving like data, fresco dissolving into signal. The figures walk out of antiquity and into the static of now, and the mist refuses to say which century they belong to.
